For this limited time, our Head Chef Simonn Hawke has curated an elegant sharing-style set menu, thoughtfully designed to showcase the very best of the season. Each dish is crafted using exceptional local ingredients, sourced at their peak and treated with the care and creativity they deserve.

This exclusive dining experience is a celebration of the Towac Valley region, bringing together the richness of local produce with the soul and simplicity of Italian-inspired cuisine. Join us on Thursday, 26 March for an unforgettable Festa del Cibo, an evening dedicated to exceptional food, fine wine, and the joy of shared experience. In collaboration with Fiorinis, this special event will showcase a beautifully crafted menu, thoughtfully curated by Simonn Hawke, designed to celebrate bold flavours, seasonal produce, and the art of Italian-inspired dining.

Guests will be treated to a multi-course sensory journey, beginning with elegant canapés and flowing through carefully composed starters, a signature pasta course, a generous main accompanied by perfectly paired sides, and a decadent dessert to finish. Each dish has been created to delight the senses, balance texture and flavour, and complement the wines selected for the evening.

To elevate the experience even further, the menu will be paired with a hand-selected range of Macquariedale wines, chosen specifically to enhance each course. The evening will also feature our new Nebula label, alongside other standout wines, offering guests the opportunity to discover, savour, and enjoy each pairing as it unfolds.

This Festa del Cibo also proudly forms part of Orange Food Week, Australia’s longest-running food festival, celebrating the region’s outstanding produce, passionate creators, and vibrant food and wine culture.
