Fire Festival 2025

For this year’s Fire Festival, Simonn Hawke of Fiorini’s Osteria Italiana will curate an exclusive set menu that highlights the finest local produce from the Towac Valley.

Drawing inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Italy and the elemental allure of fire, the menu promises a unique and immersive dining experience.

The set menu is priced at $95pp and includes 4 courses. Beverages will be on consumption with a selection from our wine list.
